Contact enquiries

DeepX uses the contact details and general overview you provide to assess and respond to your enquiry. The form asks for your name, work email, service and message. Organization, telephone and location are optional.

On the published website, enquiries are sent to info@deepx.com.tr through the hosting server’s mail service. The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiry messages. Correspondence may remain in the business mailbox for handling the matter and applicable record-keeping needs. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion of your information, subject to applicable requirements.

Submission and security information

The enquiry email includes a reference number, submission time, form page, IP address and browser information to help identify the request and prevent abuse. Page query strings and fragments are not included. The server temporarily keeps a one-way IP-derived identifier and request timestamps for rate limiting; these records expire after 15 minutes and are removed during subsequent requests. Hosting logs may also record ordinary access and security information.

Website storage and assets

The published website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and page usage. Google may process page and referral addresses, browser and device information, approximate location and usage events, and may store analytics cookies. We do not add enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text to Analytics events.

The Analytics library is served by Google; other site assets are hosted by DeepX. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. A downloaded enquiry copy is stored on your device, under your control.

Sensitive information

Please do not include identity documents, financial records or other sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry. The form does not accept attachments. Any later exchange of case information should use a channel agreed with DeepX.
