BRAND PROTECTION (BP)\/ ANTI-COUNTERFEIT (ACF) INVESTIGATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We conduct investigations which are implemented within the scope of Turkish Industrial Property (IP) Law No.6769 targeting counterfeiting which is simply defined as an intentional reproduction and distribution of a genuine trademark with the purpose of generating vast illicit profits is counted under Industrial Property (IP) crimes.
\nDeceptive counterfeit products pose significant risk to individual health and simultaneously damage the brand itself and economy of the countries. Additionally, fighting against these harmful and illegal practices requires effective investigation activity as counterfeiting has escalated significantly in recent years. It has rapidly evolved from ordinary crime to organized crime which obscures evidence more easily and makes the fight difficult.
